At Battalion Apparel, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably—whether you're down the road or across the globe.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delays may occur during peak seasons or special promotions. You'll receive an email if your order is delayed.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing

Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days after processing
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on destination, weight, and carrier rates.
Product Origin
Many of our items are proudly made in the United States, while others are produced internationally in order to meet demand and offer a wider selection. Regardless of origin, all products meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Tracking & Issues
Tracking information is sent once your order ships. If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days, please contact orders@battalionapparel.com.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. Please check with your local carrier or delivery service to file a claim. For damaged items, send photos to orders@battalionapparel.com, and we’ll make it right.
Failed Deliveries
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend your order.
